Anthony is developing a broad civil and criminal practice, including alternative dispute resolution. He accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Anthony joined Chambers in 2023 after completing his pupillage with Mr Au Lut Chi, Mr Tim Wong, Dr Christopher To and Ms Elizabeth Herbert.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hong Kong with First Class Honours, then he read law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before joining the Bar, he had served as a marshal to the Hon Mr Justice Wong.

Anthony is developing a broad civil and criminal practice, and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. He is an Associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, and is also developing a practice in alternative dispute resolution.

General Hero Limited v Tsang Kwong Keung & Tsang Wing Yee Wendy [2025] HKDC 1811

  • Successfully obtained judgment for the Plaintiff for an application for voidable disposition pursuant to section 60 of the Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap.219) for the enforcement of a judgment debt based on sale of goods and guarantee agreements
