LC maintains a civil practice with a focus on probate, land, commercial litigation, and personal injury matters. He has extensive experience in obtaining injunctive relief and acts for a broad range of clients, including investment funds, listed companies, high-net-worth individuals, administrators, beneficiaries, insurance companies, and telecommunications operators, landlord, tenents and squatters. He appears before all levels of Court, both led and on his own, and has worked alongside with overseas counsel.
Beyond his active civil caseload, LC is deeply engaged in disciplinary and tribunal proceedings, serving in varied capacities such as Chairman, legal advisor, and counsel for the government and professionals.
He also contributes to the public service, holding positions as the Chairman of the Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings), and as a Member of the HKSAR Passports Appeal Board and the Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
