Michelle is developing a broad criminal and civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Michelle is developing a broad practice in both civil and criminal law, and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Additionally, she has obtained the HKMAAL accredited mediator, MCIArb and SCIA dual qualification tribunal secretary qualifications.

Prior to joining the Bar, Michelle has worked a few years in both local and International law firms as a paralegal. She has worked on intellectual property, matrimonial, IPO matters and criminal cases.

Michelle’s practice spans in both civil and criminal matters. Her civil experience includes handling contractual disputes, bankruptcy/ winding-up matters, as well as arbitration. In her criminal practice, she has appeared at various levels of court, both as a led junior and as a sole advocate. She is capable of conducting hearings and undertaking written work in both English and Chinese.
